Extend Reservation

You want to stay longer? Please submit new reservation and select the option to extend your current reservation .  Extensions are calculated based on the exact number of extra days.  There is no minimum 7 days charge for extensions and parking fees will be void.

Add Free Drivers

Add as many drivers as you need to your rental contract, without any additional extra fee.  All drivers need to have a valid license and be 21 years or older.

Please submit an online vehicle condition report at the time of arrival.  Use your smart phone or tablets to submit form and a copy will be sent automatically to your email.

Cancel Reservation

If for some unexpected reason you need to cancel your car rental reservation, we will void your agreement without any extra charge.  $80 fee applies for cancellation within 48 hours from arrival and $100 if you do not show up to pick up.

Vehicle Switch

We provide the option to switch cars to better ensure your comfort.  All you need to do is send a text message 1(808) 280-6327 during business hours to arrange for a vehicle exchange
