For vehicles that are returned before the original return date, no refunds are provided for any portion of the days the car was rented and $50 early cancellation fee will apply for early return cancellations.

The rental motor vehicle surcharge tax is levied at the rate of $7 per day. All taxes are subject to change in order to comply with State of Hawaii Law.
