At Kimo’s Rent-A-Car, we want you to be completely happy with your car rental. If you have any questions, concerns, or issues, please go to "Customize Account" page or contact support.
If, for any unexpected reason, you need to cancel your car rental reservation, we will void your agreement without any extra charge—just inform us of your cancellation before your arrival. We charge $80 if your cancellation is within 48 hours of arrival, and $100 if you do not show up to pick up the vehicle.
Book for free! Our cancellation fees will only apply if you cancel within 48 hours of arrival.
Cancellation fees:
- No notice: $100 cancellation fee
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: $80 cancellation fee
- No refunds are provided for the days customers used the rental car
- No refunds on airport parking and gasoline
A fee will apply for early return cancellations.
For vehicles returned before the original return date, no refunds will be provided for any portion of the rental period, and a $50 early cancellation fee will apply for early returns.
