📩 Your 4-digit confirmation number will be emailed to you and activated on your scheduled arrival date. 🚗📍 Please visit the link on your arrival date to access all the details for picking up your rental vehicle.
Airport Pickup Instructions
- 🚗 Your rental car will be in the airport public parking lot, between Row "E"or "F" near the exit. The row letters are on the electric posts.
- 🔑 Lock Box & Steering Wheel Lock Code
The keys will be in a Lock Box on the back of the car, next to the license plate. The car has a steering wheel lock, which needs a 5-digit code. Codes will be provided upon arrival via the link. - You can submit the vehicle condition report via this link 🔗 upon arrival.

Airport Departure Instructions
- 🚗 Car Drop-Off Location
- ✔️ Drop off the car at Kahului Airport public parking, between row “E” or "F", right next to the parking exit.
- ✔️ Look for the parking row letters on the electric posts.
- 🔑 Leave the keys and airport parking ticket inside the lockbox, then lock the car completely.
- 🛑 For security, all cars must be secured with a steering wheel lock.
- 🔢 Use the 5-digit code to unlock and lock the steering wheel lock.
- 📌 Make sure you have your lockbox and steering wheel lock code before dropping off the car.
- 🔗 Click the link and enter your 4-digit extension to access your drop-off codes
- 🅿️ Kahului Airport parking is paid, and a $25 fee applies for drop-offs. ( Saturday $50)
