99% of all our customers love our arrival and departure services. When customers arrives at Kahului airport their vehicle will be waiting at the airport public parking just a short walk from baggage claim, on a designated row. All information will be sent by email upon completion of booking. Kahului Airport parking is a paid public parking and all customers will need to pay a fee to exit. Maximum fee $15. Only for those arriving on Sundays the maximum fee will be 30 to exit.
Kimos Rent a Car doen't profit from any airport services provided. Customers can avoid parking fees if they pick up or drop off car from our Kahului Shop during open hours of operation.
This is another feature that customers absolutely love about us. The simplicity of our "After hours Departure". For those leaving Maui in late flights we offer the option to leave the rental car in a designated area of the airport parking, just a short walk from the terminal. Detailed information will be sent by email upon completion of booking. $15 airport parking fee will be added to invoice for all airport drop offs.
We offer free shuttles from Kimos Shop to Kahului airport (OGG) for all departures during business hours. A shuttle will be scheduled to give customers a ride to airport on the specific date and time booked on the rental agreement. Our shop is located 1 mile away from the Kahului airport, just a 5 minutes drive. No parking fees will apply for picking vehicles and drop off at Kimos Shop during our open hours of operation.
Make sure you arrive to Kimos shop on the exact departure time and calculate an extra 15 minutes on your schedule. Maui Airport can be busy during our high tourist season so we recommend to be there at least one and a half hours before your flight and If you travel international two hours.
Please note we do not provide airport shuttles from Airport to Kimos Shop. All airport arrivals are schedule to pick up vehicle from airport parking.
Our fuel policy was created to make it simple for our customers. We don't want to overcharge customers with gasoline fees, when they don't return the car with full tank as most companies do. We just understand that people can get overwhelmed when they are going back home and this is our way to help make the departure simple and friendly. Our gasoline policy requires to return vehicle with over 1/4 gasoline tank. So no need to fill up the gas tank on your departure day. You just need to return the rental car with some gas as you had on arrival.
